The Arabic Union Catalog and the Egyptian Library Association signed a cooperation protocol on July 1, 2017.

This protocol aims to strengthen both parties' efforts in serving Arab libraries in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The project also aims to develop cultural cooperation avenues and support relationships.
