By training employees in member organizations on international standards and skills, the Arabic Union Catalog Center accomplishes this. Documents can be distributed and archived more quickly this way. Among the main sources of modern knowledge for future generations, they represent the nation's memory, its repository of history and the repository of its memory.

Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Samari has emphasized the crucial role played by the Arabic Union Catalog (AUC) Center, an initiative of the King Abdulaziz Public Library. He said the center's contribution lies in guiding technical practices and tools to build bibliographic records, leading to standardized and unified data exchange. He added that they are eager to benefit from the advanced specialized techniques provided by the center through a series of training courses.

Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Zaid, the Deputy Supervisor-General of the King Abdulaziz Public Library, recently expressed his thoughts on the shared goals between his organization and the King Abdulaziz Archive's esteemed management, represented by Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Samari. Dr. Al-Zaid says both organizations are committed to enhancing efficiency, motivating human capabilities, and providing the necessary skills and abilities to serve the country and its leadership. Furthermore, they understand the importance of localizing and imparting knowledge to employees in various fields. This is to meet the expectations of upcoming projects and the vision's launch. However, concerted efforts and harnessing available resources are needed to achieve these goals. Dr. Al-Zaid also mentioned that his organization is always ready to serve all sectors and entities, utilizing expertise gained through successful projects.

Dr. Saleh Al-Musned, Director of the Arabic Union Catalog Center, stated, "We are a leading institution among specialized training centers worldwide in our field of expertise." Through direct or electronic training, we have conducted courses throughout the Arab world. Therefore, we are collaborating with the King Abdulaziz Archive to organize this training course as part of our ongoing collaboration. We must advance and develop document cataloging and classification according to the latest technological capabilities. To accomplish this, Anglo-American cataloging rules and MARC 21 must be followed to raise the level of skill in document cataloging using the newest technology. Therefore, the Arabic Union catalog will offer training courses in the coming months."
